Role and Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement activities primarily on semiconductor chiller systems.
- Support maintenance and service activities for gas abatement scrubber systems as needed.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues and assist with repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Follow customer site safety requirements, company procedures, and equipment maintenance standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality workmanship, equipment reliability, and safety.
Skills and Qualifications
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, semiconductor equipment, HVAC/chiller systems, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- OSHA training will be provided upon hire.
- In compliance with applicable safety requirements, employees required to wear tight-fitting respiratory protection must be able to maintain an effective respirator seal, which may require shaving facial hair within the sealing area.
- Must be able to work in cleanroom garments/smocks and follow cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check is required.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Must be available for on-call work as needed on the weekends or nights.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
- Visa sponsorship/support may be available for qualified candidates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or a related technical field preferred.
Experience
- Engineering, equipment maintenance, or related technical experience: 0–1+ years.
- Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
