The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Senior Data Engineer who serves as a data engineering SME responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining data environments that support analytics, modeling, and decision support.
Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD
Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday – Friday
Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Key Responsibilities:

Identify data sources supporting business and analytical needs

Design automated data ingestion, integration, and update pipelines

Maintain data repositories accessible to Government and contractor analysts

Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability
-
Lead data architecture and integration efforts

Support mission-critical analytics and readiness initiatives
-
Guide data engineering activities of other staff
TechnologySystems Familiarity

Enterprise data warehouses

ETL / data pipeline tools

Relational and analytical databases

Government analytics platforms

Data environments supporting DECKPLATE, LIMS-EV, MAL-EIT, and readiness dashboards
Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Bachelor's Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.

Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with various data management technologies and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
