Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages with precision and care.
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices.
- Support food preparation and serving, including basic food handling, to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, offering product recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
Skills
- Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an approachable attitude.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks smoothly during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $22.57 - $27.18 per hour
