Front of House Manager
Route 104 Diner (New Hampton, NH) or Tilt'n Diner (Tilton, NH)

We're looking for a Front of House Manager to join our management team at either Route 104 Diner or Tilt'n Diner, with placement based on the best fit for the candidate and the needs of our restaurants.

What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
- Coach, train, and develop servers, hosts, and support staff.
- Ensure smooth daily operations during busy shifts.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Help achieve sales, labor, and service goals.

- Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience.

Availability Requirements
This position requires open availability.
- Nights are required.
- Weekends and holidays are required.
- Candidates must be flexible and available to work the schedule needed to support the business.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
