Ogborn Mihm, LLP is a mid-sized Denver law firm seeking a part-time Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for meaningful, flexible work from home—especially individuals balancing family or other responsibilities.
Our intake specialists are often the first point of contact for potential clients, so we’re looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, organized, and a strong communicator.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer phone calls and emails from potential clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Gather and enter potential client and case information into our system
- Prepare summaries of inquiries
- Coordinate communication between attorneys and potential clients
- Schedule phone consultations
- Perform conflict checks
- Assist with drafting and sending engagement letters and tracking responses

Compensation:
Hourly rate of $20.00 per hour.
