Position Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Parts Solutions Analyst to support our aftermarket sales initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing parts sales data, developing insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing programs aimed at driving parts sales growth. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with data as they are working with people, bringing innovative ideas to life that improve parts’ performance and customer engagement.
Essential Functions
90% - Data Analysis

Analyze parts sales trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and inventory data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.

Develop and maintain detailed dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to Customer Support Management teams.

Collaborate with National Parts Business Manager and Customer Support Planning Manger to design and implement marketing programs and promotions that increase parts sales.

Track and evaluate the success of marketing programs, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Communicate with Product Support Managers to align strategies with dealer and customer needs and market trends.

Monitor competitor activities and market developments to identify potential opportunities or threats.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Assist with development of a parts consumption methodology to better support our dealers with demand planning/forecasting.

Assist with creation of Annual Parts Sales Goals, Annual Parts Returns and monthly reporting of progress.

Support customer service activities by answering inquiries from dealers via telephone, SalesForce and email and working with Supply Chain on backorder resolution and LBX Parts Depot on order fulfillment and shipping.

Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.

Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Navision) is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in data analysis, sales support, or marketing analytics—preferably in an industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment parts environment.

This position requires spending time in a seated position while working at a computer station for a period of time.
