American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring craniotomy and burr hole experience across neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma specialties.

Position is located in an acute care hospital Operating Room

Surgical specialties include neuro/spine, ortho/trauma, and general/robotics/trauma cases

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Schedule runs Monday/Tuesday/Thursday or Tuesday/Thursday/Friday with call and late days as required

13-week contract

Active TX RN license or compact RN license required

Craniotomy and burr hole experience are required

2 supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

All required certifications must be current and on file

Candidates must reside more than 150 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

The facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions

Candidates should avoid any substances that could cause a positive drug screen, including CBD products, prior to and upon arrival
