Fireside Grille - recently named "Business of the Year", "Best Brunch" and "Best Family Restaurant" is seeking seasoned Banquet Sous Chef to join our talented team. The candidate be will working collaboratively with our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and Events Manager to oversee our very busy kitchen. The fall and winter are our busiest time for events. This role will be a cog in a large kitchen with special focus on Group, Event and Catered dining. When not working events, you will be working with our line and prep teams.
We are a scratch kitchen specializing in classic American cuisine. The ideal candidate will excel at orgainizatgion, plate-presentation, team building, coaching, scratch cooking, tight controls and systems and a quest for excellence.
