Gangi Dental Care is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our Manatee team. We need someone who brings great energy, takes initiative, enjoys connecting with people, and is ready to grow with our company.
What You Will Do
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Help maintain a productive and organized schedule
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Collect payments and explain office policies clearly
- Scan documents and maintain accurate patient records
- Follow up with patients who need appointments or treatment
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams
- Help create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out
