Get molds ready—prep steel molds and preheat them with torches.

Prepare and clean molten aluminum; load subassemblies into molds.

Pour, observe, and adjust processes to keep production smooth and safe.

Verify quality during each step using calipers, micrometers, and measurement gauges.

Cut, clean, deburr, and grind cast parts to finish.
-
Use common hand tools (wrenches, drills, screwdrivers) and follow detailed work orders.

Maintain equipment, keep workstations tidy, and prioritize safety.

Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, roofing, landscaping, warehouse, military, mechanical, or industrial settings is preferred.

Capable of working in a hot environment and lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing throughout your shift.

Confident with basic math, measurement, and simple computer entry/reporting.

Hands-on with tools and driven to learn.

Monday – Friday
Typical hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday overtime available
2nd Shift
Monday – Thursday
2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Friday overtime available as needed
