Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Restock supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service and catering needs, including banquet events when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations.
- Experience in serving at banquet events or catering settings is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Previous retail or food industry experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
