We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager with DOOR and HARDWARE experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. MUST have experience in commercial door industry.
- Plan, execute, and finalize commercial projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Proven working experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in project management software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of commercial contracts and procurement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
