Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) is seeking a reliable, energetic Driver/PRP Assistant to support our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
Schedule: Part-time, Wednesdays & Thursdays, ~7:00 AM–1:30 PM (plus drop-offs after session. End time will be around 3/4pm). Potential to grow into full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop off clients using the company van (most clients in Prince George's County, a few in Silver Spring)
- Arrive by 7:00 AM for morning pickups
- Support the coordinator during group sessions by taking notes
- Lead engaging morning exercise and fun activities for clients as they arrive
- Provide general support and encouragement to clients throughout the session (about 20 clients)
- Safely return the van after all drop-offs are complete
Requirements:
- Clean, valid driving record
- Comfortable with early mornings
- Reliable and punctual — this is a must
- Comfortable working with and supporting individuals in a behavioral health setting
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
Details:
- 2 days/week to start (Wed/Thurs)
- Company van and gas payment provided for routes
