Join the Homemakers Crew: Customer Pick-Up Team Member
Homemakers is growing—and we’re looking for strong, friendly faces to join our Customer Pick-Up team! If you enjoy staying active, helping people, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $20 per hour

You’ll be the final step in our customers’ shopping experience—making sure their purchases get home safely and with a smile.
Day-to-day, you’ll:

Load purchased furniture and merchandise into customers’ vehicles (yes, there will be heavy lifting!)

Handle products with care as you move them throughout the department

Deliver a great customer experience—make eye contact, engage, and represent the Homemakers brand

Verify customer identity and obtain signatures at pick-up

Keep the area clean and safe (sweeping, organizing, etc.)

Support teammates wherever needed—this is a team effort!

Help train new team members

Share ideas with leadership to improve safety, efficiency, and workflow

Follow all operational and safety procedures

Has a strong work history and can handle physically demanding tasks

Brings a positive, team-first attitude every day

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high customer interaction environment

Communicates well and provides excellent customer service

Can work a flexible schedule (including weekends and early hours)

Prior warehouse or heavy lifting experience is a big plus

Strong customer service mindset is a must
This role is active—think of it as getting paid to stay in shape:

Standing/walking for extended periods

Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. (with help when needed)
