GENERAL SUMMARY
Ciera Bank has been serving Texas Communities since 1890, and we now have 8 locations. We are looking for a full-time Treasury Management Representative at our Fort Worth location. The Treasury Management Representative position is primarily responsible for coordinating the implementation of cash management services and serving as an operations liaison to customers to ensure a thorough and efficient service delivery process. This role supports the sales and service efforts of the cash management officers and interfaces with clients and officers to obtain necessary information and provide superior customer service. The Treasury Management Representative position must maintain a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business customers and serves as a resource to the sales staff by providing professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to the bank’s commercial customers. Provides problem resolution to both internal and external customers in support of customer retention, satisfaction, and profitability objectives of the Bank. Experienced in all Treasury Services Support and Service functions, including but not limited to Remote Capture, Positive Pay, Internet Banking, knowledge of ACH and Wire processes, Document Management and Retention, Merchant Services, Mobile Deposits and ATM Deposits. Responsible for timely completion of required training applicable to the position and regular and effective application of such training in the performance of the position. Incumbent applies advanced knowledge of bank products and services to work performed. Works under general supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures and regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (of the Treasury Management Representative)
- Facilitate the implementation of cash management services, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Act as a liaison between the bank and customers, providing support and resolving issues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients have a positive experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service implementations and prepare regular reports on service delivery and client satisfaction.

Provide training to clients on the use of treasury management products and services, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the tools provided.

In conjunction with Bankers, identify and install appropriate remote deposit capture processing solutions that most effectively align with customers on web-based applications and maintain each individual user of the business. Interpret those requirements and build business customers on web-based applications and maintain customer’s files/database. Troubleshoot problems with customer sign-ins, access to the system and reasons why files or transactions are not posting properly.

Upsell or cross-sell existing Treasury Services products to customers explaining the benefits of the products/services including but not limited to, back up to other Treasure Services functions from time to time.

Requires maintaining a thorough understanding of all Treasury Management platforms.

Compiles data and performs moderate mathematical calculations and basic accounting functions such as preparing reports and accounting entries or balancing

Establishes, maintains, and updates departmental files and

Review and decision Mobile Deposits daily, ATM Deposits Daily and ACH Originations daily

Assisting consumer customers with enrolling in Online Banking, as well as resolving issues they encounter

Review of EBB new customers - Consumer user setup

Review of ROBO stop payments

Review of EBB Inactive users for Consumer and Business
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (of the Treasury Management Representative)

Knowledge of bank operations and specialized knowledge of Treasury Services including but not limited to ACH and Funds transfer, business online banking, remote capture, and merchant services.

Ability to analyze complex internet banking and other treasury services product set ups and trouble shoot problems which may arise with customer’s internet service or PC.

Possess a strong client focus and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients.

Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage projects.

Advanced PC skills including word processing,

Basic knowledge of general accounting concepts and

Working knowledge of Bank’s products and services, and operational

Working knowledge of standard office equipment (copier, fax, ) and general office procedures.

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain banking products and services.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (of the Treasury Management Representative)
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role within banking operations or treasury management.
WORKING CONDITIONS (of the Treasury Management Representative)
Internal – Work is normally performed in climate-controlled office environment, where exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.). Work involves potential exposure to dangerous criminal activity.
External – Occasionally work is performed where there is exposure to outside atmospheric conditions or heat/cold or moisture and exposure to traffic while performing business development functions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS (The physical effort generally associated with this position)
Work involves standing and walking for brief periods of time, but most duties are performed from a seated position. Work may include occasional pushing, pulling, or carrying objects weighing up to 20 pounds such as files, documents, and computer printouts. Deadlines, disgruntled customers, workloads during peak periods and pressure to achieve goals may cause increased stress levels. Work normally requires finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to operate computer keyboard at an advanced skill level.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS
Internal – Frequent contact with other Bank departments (e.g., Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Credit Administration, Customer Accounting, etc.) for processing loan applications, product support and problem research or resolution.
External – Extensive contact with customers to provide product information, customer service and business development activities.
ACCOUNTABILITY
This position is responsible for the management and growth of assigned portfolios, accuracy of transactions received and processed, and for achieving individual referral and business development production goals.
