Closet & Cabinetry Installer — LB Closets
Location: Phoenix Metro, Arizona Job Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Pay: $18–$20/hour during training, then commission (trained installers typically earn $50K–$80K+ per year depending on experience)
About LB Closets
Since 1996, LB Closets has been designing and installing custom closet systems, garage storage, pantries, and cabinetry for homeowners and builders across the Valley. We're a locally owned, Arizona-based company with 30 years in business — and we've stayed in business this long because we do the work right and treat clients well. We've earned hundreds of 5-star reviews, and a large share of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals, not cold leads. We're looking for an installer who takes real pride in the work they leave behind and helps keep that reputation intact.
What We're Looking For
We care about three things above almost everything else: your workmanship, your punctuality, and whether you're the kind of person our clients and crew actually want on the job site.
- Craftsmanship you're proud of. You measure twice, install level and square, and you don't leave a job until it's right — not just done.
- Punctuality and reliability. Clients take time off work to be home for their install. Showing up on time, every time, isn't optional here — it's the baseline.
- The right fit. You're respectful in someone's home, easy to work with on a crew, and communicate clearly when something comes up. Attitude and work ethic matter as much as skill.
Installation or carpentry experience is preferred, but we're open to a motivated entry-level candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine work ethic — we'll train the right person.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Must pass a background check
- Available full-time, Monday through Friday
