This position will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, tools, daily team management and analytics. Compensation:
Sales Operations Manager is a full-time salaried position. We offer a comprehensive salary, bonuses, medical benefits package, 401k and excellent PTO days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Help refine existing sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce sales cycle times, and enhance the customer experience.
- Daily Team Management: Coordinate daily with sales reps to help them meet performance metrics and troubleshoot any issues.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with sales reps and accounting to make sure customer’s contracts are processed in a timely fashion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health through Salesforce.
- Sales Forecasting: Partner with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and provide actionable insights to drive performance.
- Enablement & Training: Lead the onboarding process of new sales reps and ongoing training programs, playbooks, and tools to empower the existing sales team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree
· 3+ Year of managing sales teams
· 5+ Years in high-level technical sales
· Excellent organization and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000-100,000 base, plus bonuses
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
