Manufacturing Workforce Consultant (Plant Manager/VP Ops Background) — Remote, Flexible Hours
We're looking for a Plant Manager or VP of Operations with hands-on manufacturing floor experience to consult with our team on entry-level hiring and retention challenges in the industry.
What you'll do Share how staffing shortages and turnover have affected production output, quality, and cost at plants you've run. Help us understand what's actually been tried — internally and through outside vendors — and where those efforts fell short.
What we're looking for 5+ years as a Plant Manager or Operations Manager in manufacturing, direct experience managing hourly/entry-level workforce staffing and turnover, and comfort speaking candidly about budget, headcount, and vendor decisions.

Details Fully remote, contract/advisory basis, flexible hours (a few short calls, paid for your time, on an as-needed basis).
Pay: $60.00 per hour
