Michigan's Finest is a curbside and delivery based recreational cannabis dispensary located in Wayne, Michigan.
As a Cannabis Consultant, you are our clients’ main point of contact; helping customers find the right products, sharing product knowledge, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and professionally, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Educate customers on products, strains, effects, and responsible consumption.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, deals, and new product arrivals.
- Accurately handle cash transactions.
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all state cannabis laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members and support daily store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn about products and regulations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
