Join Us
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our private treatment facility. We offer a level of care from inpatient (detox) and partial hospitalization (PHP) to residential programs for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). This Nursing Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients in recovery.
We are looking for a Nursing Manager with a “player-couch” mentality.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of two years (2) of nursing leadership experience of some form. This can include nursing education, charge nurse, supervision, management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of total nursing experience.
- Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New Hampshire.
- Prior experience in addiction or psychiatric nursing is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping individuals in recovery and fostering a positive, supportive care environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and support the nursing team, including daily oversight, scheduling, training, and professional development. This position will not be performing performance evaluations.
- Oversee nursing care plans, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for individuals with substance use disorders.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team, including medical providers, therapists, and support staff, to deliver holistic care.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship for nursing staff on best practices in SUD treatment and mental health care.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical and psychiatric emergencies.
Location: Plymouth, NH
Salary: A range between $80,000.00 and $110,000.00 a year depending on experience, education, etc. This is a full-time position.

Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts a week, and must be available every other week for 1) weekend shifts and 2) being on-call. This is a full-time position.
