Mainly looking for (1) 5am & 6am morning shift, (1) 4:30pm & 5:30pm nightly shift. Other shifts included flexibility 5am , 6am, 7:30am, 8:30am
Duties
- Lead energetic group fitness classes such as aerobics, yoga, Pilates, cycling, CrossFit, dancing, and kickboxing to motivate participants and ensure proper technique.
- Develop innovative workout programs tailored to different fitness levels and goals, incorporating principles of biomechanics, physiology, and body mechanics.
- Demonstrate proper exercise routines with clear instructions and provide hands-on practice to enhance participant understanding and safety.
- Monitor participant performance during classes, offering personalized coaching and motivation to maximize results.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by maintaining proper manual handling techniques and being prepared with first aid and CPR/AED certification in case of emergencies.
- Promote a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, and fostering community engagement.
- Stay current with industry trends by continuing education in areas such as sports coaching, Pilates instruction, yoga teaching, and fitness sales.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and body mechanics to effectively guide exercise routines.
- Proven experience in leading group fitness classes across various formats including yoga, Pilates, cycling, CrossFit, dancing, and sports coaching.
- Strong coaching abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse groups while ensuring correct exercise execution.
- Excellent communication skills for clear instruction and client engagement.
- Ability to design comprehensive fitness programs that align with individual needs and group dynamics.
- Familiarity with gym equipment operation and heavy lifting techniques for safe demonstration.
- Certifications in CPR/AED First Aid required; additional credentials such as personal training or specialized fitness certifications are highly desirable.
