About the Position
Beez Medical Courier is a growing Phoenix-based medical courier company looking for a reliable and responsible Medical Courier Driver to join our team.
The driver will operate a Beez company vehicle to complete scheduled medical courier routes and may have opportunities for additional STAT/on-demand pickups.
Responsibilities
- Operate a company-provided vehicle safely and responsibly
- Complete scheduled medical courier routes and deliveries
- Pick up and transport medical specimens, supplies, and other time-sensitive materials
- Complete STAT/on-demand pickups when available
- Maintain communication with dispatch and pickup/delivery locations
- Handle all materials carefully and maintain confidentiality
- Follow company and client-specific delivery procedures
- Maintain a professional and dependable attitude
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record — driving record will be checked
- Reliable and dependable
- 1 year of delivery/courier experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation to get to the company vehicle's pickup location
- Working smartphone capable of receiving calls and communicating with dispatch
- Ability to follow directions and meet scheduled delivery times
Pay
Approximately $130–$150 per day, depending on the assigned route, schedule, and workload.
Additional compensation may be available for STAT/on-demand pickups completed during the route.
Daily compensation may vary based on the specific route and additional delivery opportunities.
Vehicle
Beez Medical Courier provides the vehicle used for all assigned deliveries. Drivers will not be required to use their personal vehicle for deliveries.
Drivers are responsible for having reliable transportation to and from the location where the Beez company vehicle is picked up.
Schedule
Opportunities may include:
- Dedicated recurring routes
- Morning routes
- Evening routes
- Weekend routes
- STAT/on-demand pickups
Schedule and route availability will vary based on current contracts.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, responsible, and comfortable working independently. Our drivers represent Beez Medical Courier when interacting with labs, medical facilities, and other clients, so professionalism and reliability are important.
