Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 or more (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
TLC Insurance Group and Wealth is a National Medicare Brokerage seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team! This role involves managing incoming calls, building sustainable relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide support to clients by responding to inquiries and assisting with policy-related requests.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records within company systems.
- Process and organize insurance applications, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist agents and management with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Monitor and manage email communications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or insurance industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Background in Insurance and/or licensed (Medicare, Individual, Property & Causality…) a plus but not required
