As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven, road-ready Regional Sales Trainer to elevate sales performance across our store network.
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Trainer drives top-line sales results across multiple RNR Tire Express locations by developing, coaching, and reinforcing world-class selling skills in our store teams. This is a hands-on, in-store role for a proven sales leader who thrives on travel, lives in the field, and knows how to turn training into measurable revenue. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of consultative and payment-based selling with the ability to motivate sales associates and managers to consistently hit and exceed their numbers.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Travel throughout the assigned region (up to 90% of the time) to deliver on-site, side-by-side sales training and coaching at multiple store locations in KS, OK and NE.
▪ Train store teams on the full RNR sales process, including greeting, needs assessment, presenting retail, rent-to-own and payment options, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
▪ Drive measurable improvements in key sales metrics such as new agreement volume, average ticket, close rate, upsells on wheels and accessories, and customer retention.
▪ Onboard and ramp new sales associates and store managers, ensuring consistent execution of company selling standards from day one.
▪ Conduct live floor coaching, role-play sessions, and interaction reviews to reinforce skills and accountability.
▪ Identify performance gaps at the store and individual level, then build targeted action plans to close them.
▪ Partner with store managers and area leadership to align training initiatives with sales goals and promotional campaigns.
▪ Reinforce product knowledge across the full tire and custom wheel catalog, including features, benefits, and value selling.
▪ Deliver training on the retail program, rent-to-own / lease model, payment structures, and compliant customer presentation of terms.
▪ Develop, update, and standardize sales training materials, scripts, and playbooks in coordination with corporate and BTC leadership.
▪ Model RNR’s high-energy, customer-first culture and serve as a sales standard-bearer in every location visited.
▪ Report on training activity, store progress, and sales impact to leadership on a regular cadence.
Required Qualifications
▪ Proven track record of driving sales results in a multi-unit automotive or tire/wheel environment.
▪ Demonstrated success as a top-performing store manager, district manager or sales trainer.
▪ Strong knowledge of consultative selling.
▪ Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time across the assigned region.
▪ Must reside within the Tulsa, OK metro area or Northwest Arkansas (to be accessible to both stores and home office)
▪ Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
▪ Self-directed and highly organized, able to manage a multi-store territory with minimal supervision.
▪ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
▪ Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to align with retail traffic and store schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
▪ Direct experience in the tire and custom wheel industry or with RNR Tire Express.
▪ Prior experience building or delivering structured sales training programs across multiple locations.
▪ Familiarity with rent-to-own retail compliance and customer disclosure best practices.
▪ Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Travel & Physical Requirements
▪ Up to 90% regional travel by vehicle (and occasional air travel) with frequent overnight stays.
▪ Ability to spend extended time on the retail sales floor, including standing and walking.
▪ Ability to lift and demonstrate handling of tire and wheel products as part of in-store training (typically up to 50 lbs).

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
