Job Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities of this internship include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Project Management & Operations: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking HR projects in
areas such as recruitment, benefits, and employee engagement. Support HR operations,
including data maintenance, process improvements, and HR technology implementation
- Recruitment & Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, maintain candidate communication,
and support recruiting efforts for internship roles
- Event Coordination: Organize HR events (e.g., job fairs, company initiatives), manage logistics,
and track attendance
- Employee Engagement & Benefits: Assist with communication and tracking of benefits and
engagement programs
- Administrative & General Support: Provide administrative support for HR meetings, maintain
records, ensure compliance, and perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Other Duties: Contribute to additional HR initiatives and projects supporting the internship
program and Vinfen’ s mission
