Service Technician / Install Technician
- Remote | Must Live Within 90 Minutes of a Major Airport
- $30.00 - $40.00 per hour ($80,000 - $120,000 DOE)

Overtime paid after 8 hours per day and all weekend hours paid at 1.5x.
We're recruiting for an experienced Service Technician / Install Technician to install, commission and service automated food processing and packaging equipment across North and South America.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys travel, customer interaction and working on complex automated machinery.
What You'll Do
- Install, commission and service automated food processing and packaging equipment
- Perform mechanical and electrical machinery installations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control system faults
- Carry out preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown support
- Commission new equipment and optimize machine performance
- Train customer maintenance and operations teams
- Complete service reports and technical documentation
- Travel throughout the US with occasional international travel (50-75%)
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 3+ years' experience as a Field Service Technician, Service Technician or Install Technician
- Background working with food, beverage, bakery or packaging machinery
- Strong mechanical skills with electrical and PLC troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with motors, drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, sensors and VFDs
- Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC systems
- Able to travel 50-75% and live within 90 minutes of a major airport
