Engraving Technician – Laser Technology
Ball Ground, GA | Full-Time | Part-time | Shift work
Gravion USA, Inc is a leader in laser engraving directly on steel embossing rolls, serving multiple industries with cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a skilled Engraving Technician to join our team and work with the latest laser engraving technology in the industry.
Responsibilities
· - Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laser engraving equipment
· - Perform mechanical tasks including bearing removal, installation, and roll handling
· - Prepare, inspect, and assemble steel embossing rolls for engraving
· - Safely drive and operate a forklift for roll movement and shop logistics
· - Follow technical drawings and specifications with precision and accuracy
· - Maintain high standards of quality control and repeatability
· - Contribute to a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
· - Experience with steel rolls (machining, handling, or engraving preferred)
· - Strong mechanical aptitude with proven skills in bearing installation and removal
· - Comfortable working with heavy industrial equipment and tools
· - Forklift operation experience (certification a plus)
· - Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality
· - Prior experience in engraving, CNC, or laser systems is an advantage but not required.
