Junior Buyer – Engineered Parts Sourcing (EPS)
Engineered Parts Sourcing is a fast‑growing, Georgia‑based manufacturer of specialty fasteners and cold‑headed parts serving OEMs across the U.S. and internationally. For 40 years, we’ve been the only fastener supplier in Georgia, operating a state‑of‑the‑art facility built for precision, quality, and continued expansion.
We’re investing in new equipment, expanding our footprint, and adding strong talent to support our growth. We are currently seeking a Junior Buyer to join our purchasing team.
Position Overview
The Junior Buyer plays a key role in supporting purchasing activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring materials flow smoothly through our supply chain.
Buyer Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Identify and qualify alternative suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Update internal MRP system with accurate order details
- Assist with monthly OTD and inventory reports
- Maintain knowledge of market and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong domestic and international supplier relationships
- Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry standards
- Track open orders and ensure timely delivery
- Work collaboratively on team projects and assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Buyer Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Self‑motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
Salary and Benefits
Salary is based on experience and education level.
- Salary: Negotiable based on expertise
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- Travel: None
- Schedule: 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday

Work Location
In‑person at our Alpharetta, GA facility, no hybrid or remote option available
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
