Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team for the remainder of the 2026 season at Ravines Golf Club. This position plays a vital role in the daily care, appearance, and playability of the golf course. Team members work outdoors and contribute directly to the exceptional course conditions our members and guests enjoy throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Mow greens, collars, tees, approaches, and fairways to maintain optimal playing conditions
- Perform bunker maintenance, including raking, edging, and general presentation
- Operate string trimmers and other equipment to maintain landscaped areas
- Assist with daily golf course setup and cleanup
- Remove debris, leaves, and other materials to ensure the course remains clean and attractive
- Operate maintenance equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with general landscaping and grounds maintenance projects as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support golf course operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Experience operating small-engine equipment preferred
- Golf course landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow established maintenance practices
- Heavy equipment and mowing experience preferred
Schedule Requirements
- Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- One weekend morning shift: 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Seasonal hours may vary based on weather and operational needs

Pay: $13.73 - $15.50 per hour
