Preschool Bus Driver Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR & First Aid certifications (Preferred)
- Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
Preschool Bus Driver and School Maintenance Job Responsibilities:
- Our center is home to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age, from 6am-6:30pm Monday-Friday each week. In order to qualify for this position, you MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND FINGER PRINT CLEARANCE. Also must be cleared to work around children and a team full of mostly women in a loving supportive environment.The most important attribute for this position will be a Positive Attitude with a Whatever It Takes to Win Approach. - Inspect certified vehicle on a daily basis to make certain it meets safety requirements as specified by state licensing and DMV.
- Maintain a safe environment for children while transporting them by following rules, laws and regulations as noted by state requirements.
- Maintain a character-enriching environment during transportation by ensuring appropriate language.
- Properly discharge children to an authorized representative during drop-off.
- Maintain a professional appearance by following company dress code.
- Maintain cleanliness and adequate fuel supply of vehicle.
- Maintain and update certifications, licenses, and paperwork as required by company, state and DMV requirements.
- This position will report to mainly the Director of the Pre-school and to the owners.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
