Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a safe healthcare environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
RN01
Required Qualifications:
- Active Georgia or compact state RN License.
- 6 months+ of experience as an RN.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
