Job Title: Facilities Maintenance
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Bartley Cavanaugh
Rate of Pay: $19-21 (Depending on Experience)
FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt, part time
Position Overview
Morton Golf is seeking a dedicated Clubhouse Maintenance and Landscaping Attendant who will be responsible for clubhouse maintenance, restroom cleanliness, and landscaping support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking supplies, emptying trash, cleaning surfaces, and other general maintenance.
- Blow leaves and debris around buildings.
- Pick up trash and empty trash cans across facility.
- Vacuum and Mop
- Check for and remove cobwebs
- Wash walkways when necessary
- Clean windows as necessary
- Ensure all buildings are clean and presentable inside and out.
Qualifications:
- Janitorial or Maintenance experience requested but not required.
- High School diploma recommended but not required.
- Ability to operate trucks and light motorized equipment.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must possess a valid California Driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work outside exposed to weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work M – F + weekends as needed.
