What You'll Do: As an Operations Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across multiple stores in the market. You’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting with daily operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and safety
- Leading and motivating store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coaching team members to meet and exceed company goals while fostering a fun and supportive work environment
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their visits are memorable
- Train staff and managers
