This is a part-time, ongoing role suited for someone who's comfortable wearing a few hats: content creator, event planner, and digital advertiser. Real estate experience is a plus, but a sharp eye for storytelling and a proven track record with paid ads will go a long way.
What you'll do
- Social media management — Own our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule content including listings, neighborhood features, market updates, and team highlights. Engage with followers and grow our audience organically.
- Client event coordination — Help plan and execute client appreciation events, buyer and seller seminars, and community gatherings — from logistics and vendor coordination to invitations and day-of support.
- Paid advertising — Build and manage targeted ad campaigns on Meta and/or Google to generate buyer and seller leads. Monitor performance, optimize spend, and report on results regularly.
- Reporting — Keep us informed with clear, concise updates on social performance, ad ROI, and event outcomes.Nice to have
