Massage Therapist – Highland Chiropractic
Location: Boise, Idaho | Part-Time | $28–$40/hr DOE
We are seeking an individual who is:
- A Licensed Massage Therapist
- Capable of performing 60, and 90-minute massages
- Experience with prenatal & postnatal massage
- An expert in deep tissue techniques
- Energetic, enthusiastic & driven
- Professional in appearance & demeanor
As a massage therapist at Highland Chiropractic, you will be part of a care-team with the doctors and other providers to contribute to producing an atmosphere and experience that our patients love. We provide the space, supplies, and patients. You provide genuine intention and the muscle work that our patients need and rave about.
Your interaction with patients will require you to communicate effectively and professionally. Caring properly for our patients is very important and finding someone who can adopt our vision for exemplary patient care is paramount.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly by name and introduce yourself
- Know and understand that each patient will require different techniques and intensities
- Initiate warm conversation
- Possess a keen knowledge of the services provided in our clinic and how they can help every patient; recommend and prescribe other services
- Create an uplifting & professional environment
- Work with the doctor & team to create a rewarding patient experience
- Keep the massage room relaxing, sanitary, clean, and organized
- Aid with in-office laundry: washing, drying, folding, and restocking
- Be punctual, honest, ethical, and professional
- Support and adhere to all office policies
Requirements
- Licensed in massage therapy in the state of Idaho
- Computer fluency- Google Drive, Email, ability to learn clinical software
- Customer service experience
- Confidence in personal abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing with an impressive ability to work on a team

CLINIC HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm, and Friday 8:45 am - 2:00 pm.
- Flexible working hours within Clinic Hours, typical shifts are 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm. We try to keep massages per day capped for each therapist to help maintain endurance and prevent burnout.
- Part time or full time available.
- Preference for a consistent schedule
Salary: $28.00 to $40.00 / hour starting DOE.
Tips are encouraged with patient check-out and greatly increase the average hourly rate for the therapist.
