Savage Heating & Air is looking for a motivated, self-driven Comfort Consultant who knows how to create opportunities, build relationships, and close residential HVAC replacement and indoor air quality sales.
This is not a role where appointments are provided. We're looking for a true sales professional who can generate their own leads through networking, referrals, community involvement, digital marketing, real estate relationships, and prospecting.
What You'll Do
- Generate your own qualified residential HVAC leads.
- Perform in-home consultations and comfort evaluations.
- Complete load calculations and system recommendations.
- Present financing options and close sales.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with our installation team for a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects.
What We're Looking For
- HVAC sales experience preferred (outside sales experience considered).
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to use a tablet, smartphone, and CRM software.
