Work Schedule
- 4 Weeknights (Mon–Fri): 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Choose which 4 days)
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Total Hours: 32 hours per week
Core Responsibilities
- Greet showroom guests and direct them to the appropriate Sales, Service, or Parts representative.
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and route them efficiently to the correct department or Business Development Center (BDC).
- Take accurate messages when employees are unavailable and ensure prompt delivery.
- Handle basic customer inquiries regarding dealership location, hours, and general services.
- Assist the finance and sales departments with scanning, filing, and processing vehicle deal jackets.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and customer lounge area.
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or an automotive dealership environment preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle a busy multi-line phone system and in-person guests simultaneously.
- Professional appearance, punctual habits, and a warm, customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and calendar scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and manage front-desk flow during early morning and late evening operations.
