Computer Services by Kenny P is a busy, growing computer repair company in Hollywood, Florida. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to manage our front desk, communicate with customers, and help keep our office running smoothly.
No computer repair experience is required. We can teach the right person everything they need to know.
Pay: $18 per hour with room to grow
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Saturday, 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Saturday availability is mandatory
- This is a full-time, in-person position in Hollywood, Florida
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience
- Answer incoming phone calls and text messages
- Check in computers and accurately document customers’ concerns
- Create and update customer service tickets
- Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
- Follow up with customers and employees regarding open tickets
- Prepare invoices using information provided by our technicians
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Contact customers when their computers are ready for pickup
- Receive, open, label, and organize incoming packages and parts
- Match incoming parts to the correct customers and technicians
- Keep the front desk, customer areas, and shared office spaces clean and organized
- Monitor office, cleaning, coffee, and shipping supplies
- Help prepare computers and packages for customer pickup or shipping
- Assist with simple computer-related tasks after training
- Help the team with other daily office responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or office experience
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly by phone, text, and in person
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed
- Able to work independently without needing constant direction
- Reliable transportation or a dependable commute to Hollywood
- Available to work every Saturday from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Able to lift packages or computer equipment weighing up to approximately 30 pounds
