We're looking for an experienced Master Electrician to lead and support electrical operations across The Brook. In this role, you'll be the licensed electrical authority for the property, ensuring our systems, facilities, and entertainment venues operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. From troubleshooting complex electrical systems to mentoring the next generation of electricians, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both guests and employees.

- Serve as the property's licensed Master Electrician and technical electrical authority

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment

Oversee electrical projects, renovations, and facility improvements

Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes

Obtain permits and coordinate inspections as required

Supervise, train, and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians

Support live events, entertainment venues, and temporary power distribution needs

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical distribution and emergency power systems

Maintain electrical inventories, equipment records, and maintenance documentation

Promote and enforce safe work practices, including lockout/tagout and NFPA 70E standards
- Current New Hampshire Master Electrician License, or ability to obtain NH licensure within an agreed timeframe

7+ years of electrical trade experience in commercial, industrial, hospitality, or similar environments

Strong knowledge of NEC requirements, electrical safety standards, and commercial power systems

Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, motor controls, lighting, and emergency power equipment

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license required

Experience supervising or mentoring electricians preferred

Experience with event power, low-voltage systems, or building automation systems is a plus
