A healthcare facility on the Northern California coast is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Bragg, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages in a busy acute care emergency department.
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Shift: Day shift | 12-hour shifts
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Department: Emergency Department
Patient Population: Trauma and emergency patients of all ages
Triage patients and prioritize care in emergency situations
Provide comprehensive nursing care for trauma and acute conditions
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans
Administer medications and emergency interventions
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
Support patient education and discharge planning
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
PALS certification required
NRP certification required
Emergency Department experience required
