Edge Design Group is an Atlanta-based floral and event design studio known for elevated, detail-driven work across weddings, corporate events, galas, and large-scale installations. We are a production and event studio. We design with intention and execute with precision, and we're looking for a talented floral designer to grow with us.
The Role
We're hiring a full-time Floral Designer to work alongside our creative team on weddings and corporate events from concept through install. This is a hands-on production role. Every event brings different challenges, spaces, and logistics, so the ability to think on your feet, problem-solve in real time, and adapt without losing quality is essential. What You'll Do
- Design and produce florals for weddings, galas, branded corporate events, and large-scale installations
- Assist with floral sourcing, vendor relationships, and product selection
- Execute on-site installs and breakdowns, including moving and arranging large arrangements and structures
- Maintain studio organization, inventory, and flower care standards
- Collaborate closely with lead designers and event designers
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of professional floral design experience in an event, wedding, or production studio setting
- Strong command of floral mechanics: you know how to engineer arrangements that hold up through transportation, installs, and long event days
- A natural problem-solver — you can assess a venue, adapt to unexpected conditions, and find solutions without waiting to be told what to do
- Flexible and resilient: schedules shift, timelines compress, and no two events are identical; you take that in stride
- Experience with large-scale installs (arches, ceiling installations, tablescapes at scale)
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the job: lifting, standing for extended periods, and working early mornings or weekends as event schedules require
- Detail-oriented and reliable, able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with sourcing through wholesale markets or vendors is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours/week with event days as scheduled (including weekends and evenings)
- Compensation based on experience
