The Role:
You'll wear three hats:

Sales & Retention Expert: Convert first-time guests into monthly members (15%+ conversion target); Member & Guest retention

Team Trainer: Coach our front desk team to improve their conversion rates

Business Developer: Build local partnerships to drive new guest traffic

Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years sales experience (retail, hospitality, fitness, or wellness preferred) Track record of exceeding sales targets Enjoys coaching and developing others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter who can work independently Available weekends (Sat & Sun required)
