Job Description:
The Adjunct Biology Professor will teach Anatomy and Physiology I lab (BIO221) for undergraduate students. The instructor is responsible for providing high-quality, engaging lab instruction that promotes scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and practical laboratory skills. Other responsibilities include:

Instruct and supervise students in Anatomy and Physiology lab sessions according to established course objectives and departmental standards.

Emphasize proper laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and the scientific method.

Assess student lab performance through lab assignments, practical exams, and participation.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.

Collaborate with full-time faculty to ensure consistency and alignment of lab content with lecture courses.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.

Maintain compliance with all institutional, departmental, and safety policies.
Outcome:
