LexGo RV Rentals & Repair is a fast-growing company specializing in RV rentals, mobile RV repair, golf cart rentals, and customer service throughout Central Kentucky. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Personal Assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
Run business-related errands as needed
Assist with general office duties, filing, and organization
Help coordinate RV rentals, customer check-ins, and check-outs
Answer incoming company phone calls during business hours
Respond to after-hours calls and customer inquiries with commission paid for qualified bookings and services
Maintain a clean and organized office and work environment
Assist with scheduling appointments and customer communications
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Help prepare rental units and supplies when needed
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and scheduling
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds is a plus
Weekend availability is required during busy seasons
Schedule
Hours vary depending on business needs
Some evenings and weekends are required
