PAY
Cargo Van Drivers: $24.00/hour
DOT Certified Drivers: $24.25/hour
Not DOT certified? We provide paid DOT certification training for eligible drivers.
SCHEDULE
We deliver 7 days a week, giving drivers multiple scheduling options.
Typical hours are approximately 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, with shifts generally lasting 8–10 hours.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll drive a company-provided delivery vehicle and deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses throughout the area.
A typical day includes:
- Safely operating a company delivery vehicle
- Following your assigned delivery route
- Using a handheld device for navigation and delivery information
- Loading and unloading packages
- Delivering packages safely and accurately
- Providing professional, friendly customer service
- Getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the day
- Walking and climbing stairs while making deliveries
Delivery areas include Wallington, North Arlington, Rutherford, East Rutherford, Garfield, Clifton, and Passaic.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You may be a great fit if you are dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working independently, and enjoy an active job where you aren't sitting behind a desk all day.
Applicants must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Have a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Have at least 3 consecutive years of driving experience
- Be able to communicate effectively in English as necessary to safely perform the job
- Successfully complete required pre-employment screening
- Be comfortable driving and making deliveries in varying weather conditions
- Be able to get in and out of a delivery van repeatedly throughout the shift
- Be able to walk, climb stairs, and lift/carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Previous cargo van, step van, box truck, delivery, courier, or driving experience is a plus—but not required.
NO DELIVERY EXPERIENCE? THAT’S OKAY.
