Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Responsible for moving materials and products via forklift.

Interface with plant ERP system to assure inventory control, lot traceability, and tracking.

Responsible for appropriate inventory control practices utilizing the plant ERP System.

Load and unload products, and input product accordingly in the plant ERP System.

Responsible for moving and delivering product within the facility.
-
Loading and unloading trucks.
-
Work with operators as necessary assuring they have the materials necessary to perform their job functions.

Finalize any paperwork during shift in an accurate, clear, and concise manner.

Follow all quality guidelines, Master Sanitation Schedules, and maintain a food-safe, sanitary environment.

Support other production and manufacturing lines, as necessary.

Maintains a clean, safe, orderly work areas.

Inspect forklift per inspection schedule and clean/upkeep equipment/forklifts.

Professional and respectful interaction with freight drivers

Pre-staging of shipments.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Self-motivated with ability to allow constructive feedback to grow in position.

Six (6) months working experience in a manufacturing/production facility preferred.

Ability to follow proper food safety, quality and workspace safety procedures and requirements.

Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
-
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
-
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for an extended period.

Forklift experience (6+ months preferred) and certification, or willingness to learn and obtain certification (training provided).

Work well in a team environment.

Mechanically inclined
