About Us: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping and laundry operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience in a similar role.
Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor staff within the building.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all employees.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Ensure efficient staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance:

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper usage, storage, and maintenance.

Perform Housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience in a housekeeping or environmental services role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, infection control, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, patients, and stakeholders at all levels.
