Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Oversee financial statements, reporting, and compliance
- Lead and manage accounting team including AP/AR and billing
- Partner with leadership to monitor profitability and control expenses
- Maintain and enhance internal controls
- Manage vendor relationships and account reconciliations
- Oversee cash flow and asset valuation
Qualifications for the Controller:
- CPA required
- Controller or Accounting Manager experience in a multi-location service-based company
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and operational metrics
