Job Summary
We are seeking an operational leader to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager / Service Advisor. This blended role is designed for an experienced automotive professional ready to step into a high-level oversight and management position while staying actively involved on the service drive.
Instead of being tied down as the primary point of contact for daily customer traffic, you will serve as the strategic overseer of the entire service department. You will directly manage, mentor, and monitor our team of two Service Advisors, while partnering with the technicians to drive efficiency and hit sales goals. While you will assist with writing service during peak hours, vacation coverage, or high-volume days, your primary focus will be managing shop operations and coaching your team. Crucially, you will step up as the acting leader of the entire facility whenever the General Manager is off-site.
