Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a one-of-a-kind retail experience by interacting with clients and identifying their needs and expectations; inspires client confidence and loyalty to our brand.
- Responsible for being well educated on every product, as well as a general in-depth knowledge about cannabis strains, effects, and properties.
- Educates patients on marijuana properties and selection of proper genetics per their desired effect or per specific DHHS ailment.
- Executes selling standards to meet team and individual sales goals and metrics.
- Completes client sales transaction by measuring and dispensing product, entering into Point of Sale system, and handling cash based on company guidelines.
- Responsible for driving sales and customer experience by maintaining a clean, tidy, safe, and well merchandised and stocked store environment.
- Promote a team environment that is positive and customer-service oriented.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; maintains in-depth knowledge of Missouri DHHS laws and regulations.
- Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Assists State and Local government auditors, inspectors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits.
- Flexible availability and work hours; able to work extended hours or cover shifts with minimal notice including weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
- Must have reliable transportation and able to work in multiple locations.
- May be required to perform other tasks as requested, assigned, or directed.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, must be 21 years of age or older.
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, in effect and genetics, strongly preferred.
- Previous retail, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in DHHS preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

- Must be able to manage multiple tasks appropriately while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be highly reliable and demonstrates ownership of job duties.
- Must be able to gather and analyze information to identify and solve problems in a timely manner based on established guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management is a plus
- open availabilty for scheduling. Weekends expected.
Required Licenses:
- Requires Missouri Agent Card – requires a federal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
